For example: Almunia is in the frame, he plays well and doesn't conceive a goal. That means he will start the next game. In the next game he misses a goal, Fabianski gets a chance. Fabianski keeps a clean sheet for 2 games, but in the third game he misses 2 goals. Mannone gets a chance. Mannone keeps a clean sheet for 1 game, but in the second he makes a mistake and concieves a goal. Back to Almunia. Keep rotating like that and play a goalkeeper until he concieves a goal. I believe that way our GKs will play 150% game after game, because they know how much competition there is to be #1. This would work in Arsenal because we do not have Buffon or Casilias... We have average goalkeepers. What do you guys think?

im sure you know there is only one Casillas,Buffon or Cesar in the world...im also sure u know a good defence makes a good keeper....Fabianski and mannone are not at almunia's level.......even though he is not world class,he is still better than them....im more concerned about rotating outfield players coz thats where injuries are killing us Message Edited by mzamani on 11-03-2009 07:50 PM

I third that.
You can send a message around the world in one-fifth of a second, yet it may take years for it to get from the outside of a man's head to the inside.

I hope for the best when Almunia returns to the pitch. He is experienced; but as of late, he has been experiencing a gaffe in each game to allow a soft goal.
