    Premiership Abroad

Firstly, I am agaisnt this idea of holding Premier league games in various locations accross the world.

Recently the PL anounced that they had plans to play a 39th game in a forgein country such as Austrialia, China or Japan etc Saying the want to bring the passion, excitment and thrills of the PL to the world audience, despite the fact that the rest of the world get to watch all PL games, rather than the English publics access to 8 games a weekend, and thats if you pay for either Sky subcription or Sentanta Sports.

It is plain to see that the PL have set up a money making sceme, trying the get their hands into the pockets of the fans all over the world.  So more money coming into the the league would be a good thing? Well its would be good for those who already have it most likley, Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and perhaps Spurs, Newcastle would benfit from the extra marketability helping them to extend their brands and cement their places in the league for the next 10 years by flexing their finicial muscles.  Its doubtful that Wigan, Bolton or Fulham would draw big crowds over thier and highly un-likly they would see their bank accounts increase much.

It would be an extra strain on players traveling, and its just nonscenes.

But on another note, Sepp Blatter has recently said he will block any move by the PL to make this work, and also said it jepodises any attempt by England to hold the 2018 world cup.  So black mail their.... and what right does he have to tell the EPL what to do with their games.  We invented this game, we gave it to the world and now you Mr.Blatter are trying to tell us what to do with it.  Shut up, you politicaly motivated fool.  Only because Fifa see no cut of this money do you apose, but i wonder if the Italians, French or Germans had though of this first then you would have been apposed.

And its been picked up by Ryan Giggs,
Yorke has made a diagnal run,
    Theirs support in the centre,
    but hes past Keown...
    past Dixon...
AND HAS SCORED A SENSATIONAL GOAL!!!

    Re: Premiership Abroad

Firstly, let it be know that this idea is ridiculous in terms of sustainable eco-tourism.  As it relates to foreign owners, we all know it was coming and actually may not be a bad idea to get more money.  I see a sort of monopoly developing here by the way, or at least an attempt to assert their financial dominance on the World's leagues.  There is also the element of hint that there is some attempt to undermine international football, by way of publicity etc.  If there was ANY attempt to look after the interest of the target playing areas, this would be a brilliant idea.  However, the only idea this is concerned with, is lining pockets with Millions.

After that, I smile when I ask the question, How will this affect their participation in the Champions League?  If players revolt, will the EPL lose some of their stars to Italy, Spain and elsewhere?  I say this, because there are bvious components that are being ignored.

This idea hedges itself on utter disrespect for the development of other cultures' football.  It is a blatant attempt AGAIN by the English to RE-attempt to pilfer people for their money in exchange for pure entertainment and little lovely football.  It undermines competitive football and reduces it to a mere mockery of financial investors touting around their money.  It is rubbish.  If the absurd TV sponsorship deals, gigantic wages and high ticket prices wasn't enough, now they're attempting to take it further and straight out show blatantly disregard for the quality of humanity by worshippping the almighty dollar.

Let one thing be straight and do not attempt to get carried away with this nuissance of suggested rights to a game.  FOOTBALL DOES NOT BELONG TO THE ENGLISH.  Ok, football may have been created in England, but do not get confuse with who now own it.  EVERYONE!  Furthermore, I welcome Sepp Blatter's attempt to place whatever sanctions he has available to him to decapitate that idea.  Don't kid ourselves, this IS A POLITICAL MOVE BY THE EPL.  If any interest was in concern for the other nations, then they should just simply assist in setting up leagues.  This is why although, it appears inconvenient, I fully support the Africans for not bowing to pressure and moving their African Nations Cup to any other time that is not convenient to them.

Unless, fans are prepared to restructure the way football is being played at the moment completely, then all of Europe should oppose this idea.  Furthermore, the local associations should forbid any entrance into their country for such financial pilferage like the Africans and others should've done to avoid the travesty to humanity now referred to as Salvery.  Economically it can be devastating, cultural it will be invasive, etc.  What it shows fully is why the EXCUSE was used for globalisation having to occur in such a manner and reminds us why Bush and Blair went to the war in Iraq.
