Busby is another scottish player who managed United some time back. He was ok! Arsene Wenger would've been just as great managing Manchester United. Any manager who is worth is mettle should've won many titles at Manchester United. Sir Alex Ferguson just managed to be in the right place at the right time with the right passport. If Capello wasn't Italian, imagine how many titles he would've won with United if he stayed for that long. Frank Rijkaard has a chance to do similar things at Barcelona, so as Mourinho if he can find a decent club. Ancelotti, as well, but he's a bit old already.
