Ya'll stupid, couse Saddam is an American CIA agent nothing more nothing less n all wat he did was part of the American planz.....its all a game, n also the American Goverment gave the Asian Championship cup to the Iraqi national team,its all planed from way back, i've seen real teams who deserve to win the cup more than Iraq n cheat'n ass saudi arabia.......For enstince in the 2005 tournement they cheated against Jordan who had one of the best players.....natural skilled players like Khaled sa3ed who won eveything with his club AL-FASALI......Wat they did is against Japan, jordan had 3 panealties that the ref didn't give them n when panalty kicks was the final stage of the match, 3 japenes playerz missed n 2 jordaniens scored, so they changed the Goal into the other side, cousing japan to win by cheat'n, eventhough they have 3 braziline playerz n zico as their coach while jordan was a pure soldier from this poor country.......its all a game, they do wat they want jus like wat they did to Argentina in the 2007 warld cup n Villareal with the Great Roman in the UEFA of 2006.......Damn all these liez....end'n it with *** saddam,*** bush n *** all you ignourent dumb ppl out here descussing this stupid Topic....gone

not a stupid post. though i dont agree with everything there i have to say, if you watch asian football you'd know what he's talking about.

I remember the qualification campaign for 94 world cup, Iraq played Saudi arabia in what would have been the final to get to the states; the referee was blatanly against iraq from the beginning, denying them obvious fouls, penalties, the lot in the most bizzarre refereeing decisions i've ever seen in my life- everton v liverpool was nothing compared to that game. the last tournament was quite the opposite (suprise surpise), everything was going iraq's way.. politics can and have reached football, thats a sad fact.

Three things.

1st. Its NEVER ok to kill innocent people, PERIOD.

2nd. Maybe the terrorist bombings get less attention from the media because no one cares about what arabs do to themselves. I know its a shame but it goes like this. Worth while articles on human deaths ranks:

1. occidentals
2. asians from developped countries
3. asians from poor countries
4. South americans
5. arabs
6. Africans

Basically no one gives a *** if arabs kill themselves basically.

3rd. The americans killing innocents shouldnt be in Irak in the first place. So EVERY life lost should hold the US accountable for it. Its a very simple concept. If you come in a country without its leave and you create tension amongst its population, you kill many of them, and then you hold the country hostage of your military force, than you should atleast be held accountable for every mistake you make, its the least of things. The US didnt have approval from the UN to go in there, so it isnt a peace keeping mission or anything.

Im not anti-american or anything, its just basic common sense of international relations and media.

absolutely spot on. bet this guy doesnt even know the entire middle east was devided by france and england along superficial lines which is what they now call borders; these borders have been 1 of the main sources of tension in the middle east from the beginning. Iraq for example was made up  by the british; just bring the kurds in the north, mix them with the sunnis in the middle and shi'a in the south and make up a country called Iraq.. and impose a 'king' whose sole job is to serve his western masters.. then give the kuwaiti rulers more land than they traditionally ruled (to deprive iraq from a deep water port for oil exportation).. volatile mix = never ending complications.

how bout jordan? the country didnt even exist as jordan but was made up by the west again, installing a guy who wasnt even from there as their king! what bout syria? used to be what is now called lebanon, jordan and palestine.. screw it, take a portion and call it jordan, give palestine to the jews and let the french establish a state for christians in lebanon (though that idea was doomed to fail because that region had more muslims than christians).. and the list is endless

its all messed up, the problems of the middle east today were directly linked to the west. its the truth.

at least you see part of the reason people have a problem with England in particular with some of the other European countries....

but england doesnt help maintain the current status quo in the middle east, its america that does. England are just its wittle puppy dog because like most of their allies (of the US that is) they need the economical ties with the US, so it must share some of the objectives that the americans have, especially when theyre so "with us" or "against us".

Its pointless to hold a current generation accountable for the past action of its country, if so, the whole world should still hate germany.

same as australia. we have a new prime minister. maybe the amount of australian soldiers there will decrease. we like the english need america. so it is obvious that we need to help them. but do they really need more soldiers??? lol, aernt they powerful enuf?
