    bobby d.:
I have to say losing to a bottom level team in the Championship stung a bit but I really think this a blessing in disguise.  Yes, the Carling Cup is a trophy we will miss out on but that means we now play less games than Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal.  We can focus now on the big three which clearly are more important.

i feel the exact same way although im a bit worried we failed to score with so many team regulars in the lineup...

oh well, lets focus on the premiership then... blackburned shouldnt be too much of a difficult task for a team who just beat an inform pompey and bolton... hope its not the complacency setting in...

well eventhough united officials have denied any links with Adu it is now clear that he will get a two week trial at utd. Whats everyone's opinion on this?

I have seen him play a few times and he does have great technique on the ball as well as only being 18 or 19 now.  I say if he looks promising we should sign him because we all know what Fergie can do with youngsters.  Another point would be for marketing value.

I'd waited long enough. I fucking hit him hard. The ball was there (I think). Take that, you ***. And don't ever stand over me again sneering about fake injuries.”

Back ladies. Miss me much? I noticed that fm is a mod now, nice job mate.

Anyways I'm happy Utd is out of the League Cup, because honestly, if our goal this season was to win that, then well, we *** :D

Now Sir Alex can focus on Europe and the Premiership.

    Utd to buy:

    Huntelaar= 20 million

    Hargreaves= 20 million

    Nani = 18 million

    Out:

Smith- Aston Villa 7 million. ( there has been a bid from Aston).

    ------------------VDS-----------------

    Gazza-----Rio-------Vidic-----Heinze

    ------------Carrick--------Scholes----------

    Ronaldo-------------------------------Giggs

    ----------------------Rooney----------------------

    -------------------Saha-----------------------

    Subs:

    Evra ( Ashley cole jr.)

Fletcher ( next big star, mark my words)

Nani ( ronaldo jr, would start but Giggs is to important).

    Ole ( Legend/ Super Sub)

    Brown ( Solid defender)

    ----------------------------------------

I would love for Utd to go after a few young talents around the world, and namely Reo Cocker.

Will be cheaper than Stick out tongue [:P]

He has great leadership abilities, is young and can play a very solid role. West Ham haven't been that great this season, and I reckon that having two big names like Mascherano and Tevez screwed up team chemistry.

True enough, but i watched some shows and it seems the hammers fans (yobos) seem to think he is showing no effort because w.ham rejected a bid from arsenal just before transfer deadline.

Also since he is quite well rated and english dont you think he may be overpriced ... another michael carrick sort of thing .. good player but way overpriced ... curtis davies of west bromn also comes to mind ... 10 million for a division 1 defender. Im sure you get my point.

No way, Huntelaar is an amazing footballer. We need someone who can finish up the plays much like RVN and Huntelaar is that man. He is much more moble than people think, is strong in the air and can score.

My dream signings ( obviously 1 per position)

ST: Torres: For obvious reasons ( ~27 million)

Huntelaar: For mentions above ( ~19 million)

Higuin: Is young and ver talented ( ~17 million)

    CM/CDM ( I would love two)

Hargreaves: Is very impressive, has great endurance and can play any position ( 17 million)

Reo Cocker: Is young, has leadership qualities and can be molded into one of the best midfielders in the world under SAF ( 15 million)

Haested: I've always fancied this guy, he's young and very good, not known because he plays in the scandanavia league ( 8 million)

De Rossi: Roy Keane! ( 21 million)

Cahill: I think we have a good relationship with Everton and he is a super sub in the midfield ( 9 million)

LW: Nani: Ronaldo Jr, there is a reason I'm watching Sporting, and he's amazing ( 12 million)

Ribery: I think this guy can play big games, however Arsenal is probably going to sign him ( 15 million)

Downing: English lad, so he may have favor with SAF, however, I has either a brilliant game or a shity game ( 11 million)

Other : Moutinho: This guy is simply a great player ( AM, 12 million), I expect us to sign him later though.

Rafinha: Good Brazillian fullback, replacement for Neville.

Lennon: Will be expensive as hell, Ronaldo could play on the left ( 18 million)

Adu: Won't be able to sign him for awhile since his age, but it would be nice to have him for the future. ( 5 million)

    Out:

Richardson: Not Utd class 5 million

Park: Not Utd Class 5 million

OShea: Not Utd class 5 million

Brown: Could reduce price for Hargreaves 7 million

    Out:  22 million

reports claim SAF has 40 million from the summer

    Total Budget: 66 million

In: Torres ( 27 million), Nani ( 12 million), Hargreaves ( 17 million), still have 10 million to deal with, if those prices aren't completely correct.

Torres, Nani, Hargreaves + current Utd squad= premiership this season, Champions league, next season !

Sir Alex should coach the team, and I should manage.

Thing is Huntelaar is getting alot of praise and might not be availible in the summer.

Park is very well liked by Fergie and I think the tenacity that he brings to the table suits United.  I am not sure about Hargreaves as Munich are really being absurd by not letting him leave.  The players heart doesn't belong to the Bayern anymore and they need to realise that.

I'd waited long enough. I fucking hit him hard. The ball was there (I think). Take that, you ***. And don't ever stand over me again sneering about fake injuries.”

As long as Scholes and Giggs keep playing the way they have since the beginning of the year, and if injuries don't hurt us too much, nobody can touch us, even Chelsea!

One thing i really like in Hargreaves is his professionalism. Now we are absolutely sure that he wants to come to Man Utd. But Bayern doesn't want to leave him. Now how many ppl have we seen going on a strike in such situations till they get the desired move. But this guy is too good.

We need to get him in January or atleast in the summer. And yes we need a striker and I think SAF will be trying to get in Torres. Hope that move happens in the january window.

havent had a chance to post yet but great game against blackburn! i mean scoreline doestn tell much since it was mainly rooney missing key chances, but ronaldo, Carrick, scholes, saha, rooney, vidic and rio were all on top form, totally dominated the game we did.
