Triedto do an all time team but couldn't get it down to 22 let alone 11, here's my current team:

How did I forget Drogba... Based on last season I'd probably have him up front in place of Eto'o but only cause Eto'o was out for so long.

visca are u in wellington??? i like the phoenix's prospects in the a-league. i really believe they'll be a top 4 side. and they will beat the tards (mel. victory) in the 1st match. i wish i could be there!!!

I certainly hope so... Although I have a touch of scepticism caused by the Kings and Knights previous efforts. But with Ricki Herbert in charge I'm hopeful of a respectable first season, top four would be an absolute dream, having said that it's easily the best squad a NZ team has come into the A-League/NSL with so the prospects look really good. A few early wins should also help swell the crowd numbers too.

ricki is a gr8 coach. and no doubt with the way he has been purchasing, u guys will have a good season. finally a nz team has bought nz players (international players too) so its going to be a strong side. as well as the brazilians that have been purchased. top 4 is iminent.

lol yeah his mistake against croatia was hilarious but spider is pretty good i mean look 4 the club he plays for......ac milan. hes not first string keeper and doesnt get alot of games but when he has been called up he has done a good job. Spiders has also played for perugia and roda jc consistently in the top leagues over the last 10 years

It was hard to leave players like Platini, Van Basten, Baggio, Keane, Figo and Bergkamp ( who is highly underrated) off my team, because I believe that the players I selected would fit best together, or I believe that the players ahead ( espicially in the striker  and CM role) were better.
