..There should always be a mixture of good and bad news..

Robbin may be back and he may play in the Villa game tonight...

but Fabregas is most likely to be out of the squad..he is facing and injury....

    Hope we win...

it will not be a ride in the park for us!!!!

    Unfortunately, he didnot play.

He wasnt even in the Substitutes...

    Too Bad!..

Anyways The first half was the best half i have seen in my whole life.

The 1-2s that were played where brilliant.

I was really amzed by the game.

Hope Arsenal Continues in this form throughout the season

    Van persie will not play,

In Arsenal's Clash Against Chelsea according to goal.com..

..it is really getting on my nerves.

Ade starts improving when persie is with him...

You need a big striker to show the goodf of another....!!!

    We still can win..

but for now let's concentrate on our match against newcastle..

they are seeking revenge for their bad form.

Hope it will not get on our Cost..

    Atleast Arsenal can slip up..

Anyways i really have a funny story..

I told my friend if i fail a quiz than Arsenal will lose..

and the Night that Arsenal lost i had failed a quiz..

and That will be the Last

    lol ~ pure coincidence!

Van Persie seems to be given alot of clout here and i can understand why.  Adeboyor has the magic dust, cause it surely isn't skills that keeps Van Persie out...not that i can say that either one is one of my favourite players.  However, as was said, some people think that Van Persie is the best striker in the World, so...

Chelsea should either beat Arsenal or draw with them otherwise tell the rest to forget about the league and concentrate on the other competitions that they are in....

    Re: ARSENAL F.C. OFFICIAL THREAD

The game will be at the Emirates stadium so dont get your hopes up of Arsenal losing they only lost one match there in the Epl their whole lives....

If cesc and Hleb are out i see a draw...(now that persies absence is pretty much approved)

if they are in i see a nice game in our hands.....

The same day Livo will play Manu at Anfield i believe the games will follow eachother what a day it will be

...Chelsea's game will be at the Emirates and we had only 1 defeat in Arsenal's history in the epl on that land....

If cesc, hleb, persie are out we may get a draw...

But if 2 of those are in magic will happen....

Van persie is the best..he only needs time to prove it!

I have no favourites for that game although i still have a soft spot for Arsenal, but that's all just a soft spot...just trying to be objective really.

If Cesc and Hleb are out, that's a loss...The one game you're speaking about doesn't by chance refer to Chelsea?

However, if Arsenal can win this game, they should win the EPL on a canter since Liverpool will beat Man United and leave Arsenal with a potential 6-9 pts ahead going into Christmas games etc.

If Bolton & Man City can beat United, then Arsenal can beat United....enuff said!  United are not as in form as they think, neither are they surely invincible...

    Otherwise, they aren't worthy leaders.....

    Re: ARSENAL F.C. OFFICIAL THREAD

what is that logic. Utd can tie arsenal at home (through one fortunate late goal may i had, from no less than "bad haircut" Gallas) so i think we can better arsenal on home soil.

And utd can beat bolton, its their first win against us in over 20 years. Nuff said. We were missing alot of key players in that game, and everyone knows it was a one-off. Bad teams can overcome the odds at some point, its called football, not perfection.

I think its hard to say that livo will surely beat man utd since we won the last seasons fixtures. But anything can happen really.

    Re: ARSENAL F.C. OFFICIAL THREAD

it is true you guys have beaten us but if you looked at the game it was liverpool who dominated but a late 'oh-*** 'goal in the 90th minute in a game where united had a few chances,, i would say you guys were lucky, even that game when ferdinand scored. Not to take anything away or disrespect Man Utd, but the last couple of games Liverpool were actually the better side. but that is now history and we should look forward to our encounter, which im not entirely confident about, but given we matched you head to head last season when we had an ok squad, this squad is stronger and if its at anfield, we have a good chance of beating you guys- a very good chance especially if Agger is fit to play (which i pretty much doubt)

on a positive note for both of us, Arsenal lost a couple of points today, which means the difference should be 4 points (should we win our game in hand)- thank God for that, Arsenal are beginning to suffer the injury jinx- which is only good news for the rest of the top 4, given they have to play chelsea, dont be suprised if they lose more points as the season goes on

    Re: ARSENAL F.C. OFFICIAL THREAD

"but given we matched you head to head last season"

the 2-0 victory at Ot was a TOTALLY deserved one. The win at anfield was fortunate, but we did do the double, as i must concede arsenal did the double against us, even if the adebayor last min winner was ALSO very fortunate. results are results, and we must accept them.

As for the upcoming clash... i think you have one thing right, and its Agger. If he plays he must be fit tho. Its the pace you'll need in defence if im honest. I can see Rafa going for a more defensive approach to the game, but Utd will play 4-4-2 like they did against arsenal, because tevez and rooney will work hard defensively aswell. I think livo's weakness as been in Central defense with Hyypia being a liability eventhough he's doing a fine job coming in for an ageing player. It will show against the interchange  of Roovez and Ronaldo.

i think our defense will be our advantage.

that and our unparalleled class that is ...
