These are the list of rules to be respected by the participant of Goal.community. Those who fail to respect all or part of the regulations will be either suspended temporarily or banned permanently. The decision for the disciplinary action is under the discretion of the Administrators of Goal.community, based on the gravity of the violation.

These are the following rules:

- 1 - No e-mail, messages, images, or video that is deemed offensive, including any blatant expression of fanaticism, racism, hate or profanity.

 Note: Politics and religions are wide topics that deserve special tactfulness. As such, respect all kinds of people and opinions and/or belong to a culture different from ours.

 The Administrators reserve the right to suspend temporarily or close permanently any discussions that do not adhere to the spirit of the community.

 - 2 - No pornographic content or discussion that is inappropriate for children under the age of 18.

- 3 - No images or links to any pornographic  site.

- 4 - No spam: It is forbidden to post to a forum advertisements or commercial messages, or to send empty and/or repetitions messages with the intention of disrupting the discussion.

- 5 - No publication of any copyrighted materials (images, music, texts, etc.).

Privacy

Based on the established codes within Privacy Code (196/2003), at the moment of the enrollment, the User gives the Goal.com administration the authority to process their personal information, by data transmission or other means.

Limitation of the Responsibility and Guaranty:

The Administrator of the Community has the liberty to alter or modify the regulations whenever the necessity arises. This is for the protection of the users and the free expression of thoughts, ideology and opinions, and for the maintenance of organization and usability. Similar variations can be considered automatically accepted by all users and any previously registered subscribers. Therefore, it is advisable to periodically check the regulations. 

Goal.community is accessible without guaranty of any kind. The users agree that the Administrator of Goal.community bears no responsibility for the conduct of the users who violate the conditions and the regulations imposed. The use of Goal.community is entirely on one’s own risk.

Meanwhile, the Goal.com Administration has the right to suspend the service without notice and remove any materials/content if the rules and the conditions described above are violated by any user.

It would be most appreciated if everybody would enforce the rules and inform us of any violation  of the rules and regulations.
