What I meant to say is that from my perspective Ac Milan are the greatest.Forget Real Madrid, They just Buy success, Milan are clever! they prolong the careers of older players because those players are honoured to play for Milan and dig down inside themselves for every last ounce of strength.And because Milan has older players its an advantage because these players are all REAL MEN.

Being 100% honest I think Maldini and cafu are the greatest full backs ever.

The very fabric of Milan is great, when they lose they just try harder, I find it laughable that people criticise them after a bad result.

even though Real Madrid has more CL trophies they won quite a few of them when it was a lot easier to win.

Most their players are pensioners and judging by how they've been playing this season so far, logic and common sense say they need new blood.. nothing to get workd up about, just stating the obvious

History has alot to do with things though, that's why Arsenal will hardly win a Champions League, they don't know how it feels....when last did a new club or country win a Champions League, World Cup or lol - Copa Libertadores.  History influences the future.  Even Chelsea won a league, so they were always striving to do it again, til Mourinho came along.  Arsenal's history isn't exactly weak either, just a little humble in comparison to Ac Milan, but they did dominate English football at one point and were around since late 1800s....

History isn't everything, but it helps because you get a little more respect from people, so it's not like lol- Villareal coming at you

Milan know they need reinforcements, every team does every season, but their players are working, it can't be said that they're failing.  Ac Milan's league season is nothing surprising, it's been happening for years, but they eventually sort it out, reach somewhere in the top 4 and keep going on in the Champions League.   It's part of the reason, during the "relegation italian scandal" that Ac Milan came 2nd, their early season form cost them being able to catch Juventus.  They'll sort it out, stats prove that and given how they dispatched Sampdoria, who knows what next....

Fact: Barcelona have also scored the most goals in Europe, but it doesn't matter.

Milan have demonstrated their prowess for the last 5 seasons and it has been better than Madrid's ~ Fact!  So currently, they deserve the accolade.  As a Barcelona fan, i hope to dethrone them....it's competition!

last 5 seasons and an entire history.. in TOTAL you'll find that madrid have won more domestic competitions than milan, and they won the Champions league more than milan. Nobody can doubt Milan's status in world football, they ARE 1 of the greatest clubs in the world, but from a neutral's perspective the records show who has dominated CL, milan are second to Madrid. Juve has more league titles than Milan, much more than milan in fact.

I seen the sampdoria game, impressive yes, but dont forget they havent even won at the san siro in the league yet- which i find shocking. I doubt they can win the league, but they're always one of the favourites for the CL. still though, their players are getting older and older, old doesnt mean bad but it does show on the fitness levels, especially towards the end of the game.
