Mancini to be replaced by Mourinho?

Well, I hope so. Granted, Mancini has won the Serie A for Inter (twice) and the Coppa Italia (Three times if I recall correctly) but there's one hge ink-blot on an otherwise satisfactory composition; The Champions League.  Consistent failure, annual excuse finding and above all else a great difference form the kind ofform shown in the Serie A.  These have been the symbols associated with thewordsChampions League and Inter when they are used in the same sentence or conversation.  Why?  Players not good enough? Doubtful.  Not enough money invested? Don't make me laugh.  Possibly a lack of respect towards the coach, lack of self-confidence or lack of will-power on the players' side? Just maybe.  But the real reason,  in my most humble opinion is the total tactical void in Mancini.  There  is no sense of analysing the opponents weak-points, no sense of building a formation according to your opponents, no sense of building a formation that should be able to dictate play.  It doesn't take a great squad to win in knock-out competitions (take Otto Rehagel's Greece Euro 2004 Champions or Mourinho's Porto as perfect examples).  It takes a good coach, something which the Mancini will never have.
